SHIPPING
We ship all US-based orders via USPS using a flat rate which is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We're always diligent to package your order carefully so that your products arrive to you unbroken.

REFUNDS
We aim to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just reach out and we’ll assist you with the process.
Please note that refunds are only provided within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you please return items to us within 30 days, and that items remain new and unused. Please contact us for a return authorization or shipping label when returning products.
Once your refund is approved, we ask that you please return the product in a timely manner to our warehouse. Make sure to include the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.
We happily pay return shipping for items that are broken or defective. Please note that in certain instances, the cost of return shipment may be the responsibility of the customer. We are always happy to offer exchanges for broken or defective items.
Please also note that in most cases, clearance items are not eligible for returns.
NOTE for Health & Beauty Products
We strive to only offer natural & organic products that cause allergic reactions or no side effects. We list all of the ingredients for our products on our website and in each item description, so please be sure to read them thoroughly.
If you are allergic to an ingredient, please do not purchase. If you didn't know you had an allergy to a specific ingredient we are sorry, we recommend visiting your doctor.
In the event of an allergic reaction please let us know, even if you don't intend on trying to get a refund, we might be able to offer a partial refund at least (and would like to know what the problem was so we can look into what we can do about changing ingredients or finding an alternative ingredient for a different product).
